In 2009 we added international expansion to our strategic goals. To us, ‘going international full swing’ was a logical next aim, having reached market leadership in The Netherlands and having sold our transport modelling software on all six continents. Our strategy for the international market place is threefold:
1. To participate in European and global networks in the field of mobility. We like to exchange knowledge, to feed the world with elements of ‘the Dutch approach’ and to empower this approach by learning from abroad.
2. To market our leading edge transport modelling software (OmniTRANS) worldwide.
3. To establish partnerships and joint ventures in selected target markets. We aim for new businesses and business models by combining local knowledge on the market with our own knowledge and tools. MINT in Belgium is the first example.
