Proprietorship

Goudappel Coffeng Holding BV is owned by its employees, who hold certificates of the shares. The shares themselves are managed by a trust agency, the Stichting Administratie Kantoor Goudappel Coffeng. The trust agency has stated statutorily that no one can own more than a few percent of the certificates. The constitution of the board of the trust agency is four holders of certificates and an independent Chairman. The shares of Goudappel Coffeng Holding BV cannot be transferred freely and are not listed.

Chamber of Commerce

Our companies are registered in the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (In Dutch: KvK). The suffix BV stands for a Dutch legal entity type which can be compared to a Ltd in UK or AG in Germany.
