With a multidisciplinary background in architecture and urban planning, my professional journey is dedicated to integrating mobility solutions into sustainable and livable environments.
At Goudappel, I combine my expertise in urban planning with the dynamic field of parking and location development. This allows me to gain and share valuable insights for addressing various mobility challenges within the Netherlands and abroad.
My role involves creating strategic parking solutions for cars and bicycles, including options for shared mobility, promoting active mobility, and enhancing traffic safety. I am engaged in projects at various scales, from the transformation of a single office building to the construction of an entire new neighbourhood with thousands of residences. I enjoy this diversity as it enhances my creativity in addressing challenges.
I ensure that parking and mobility advice is not only pragmatic but also environmentally aware. While acknowledging the importance of cars in our daily lives, I also believe that exploring and advocating for alternative forms of mobility leads to better outcomes for developments and individuals. Therefore, in my advisory role, I analyse existing policies but also explore alternative solutions that stimulate sustainable and inclusive communities for the future.
