Everybody does it, each and every day. And without really thinking about it: getting around. Goudappel however does give it some thought: how can we make our mobility more efficient, cleaner, more sustainable, safer and more comfortable?
By 2030, there will be two billion cars worldwide. For me, it is a challenge, and a motivation, to contribute to keeping the world liveable and accessible. Achieving this will require innovative concepts, new technologies, and a carefully considered policy approach.
At Goudappel, we have the opportunity to bring together the knowledge and experience of experts, and by making smart combinations and arrangements, we can make this expertise accessible and applicable for policymakers both in the Netherlands and abroad.
After completing my studies in Transport Economics at the Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam, I worked at TNO for a considerable period. Since 2005, I have been working as a senior consultant and manager at Goudappel. Initially with the research & data team and, from 2015 onwards, with the mobility & spatial team. From October 2017 until June 2025, I served as Director of the Goudappel Group. I am currently working as a senior consultant in the mobility & spatial team.
