We want to create optimal working and learning conditions for the employees of Goudappel and Dat.mobility. The focus is fully on the growth of our employees with the core objectives of developing knowledge, competences and skills.

The Goudappel Campus is our internal training platform where the activities of developing employees with substantive and personal skills are housed, with the main goal: 'Acquiring (additional) knowledge and professionalism'. Goudappel supports all its employees in the growth of their personal and professional knowledge. The range of training courses is therefore large and broad.

There are three areas of attention:

Personal development

The growth of our employees and the subsequent growth of our organisation go hand in hand: employees work on their set objectives in an inspiring environment. In addition to increasing (professional) knowledge through internal and external courses, this may also involve self-study and, for example, team development. To further develop skills, we offer training, coaching and intervision. Your needs as an employee are always paramount, the learning process is customised and 'learning by doing' is an important theme, as is working in small groups with appropriate working methods and top supervisors.
